Hello, I’m Brooke I’m the dreamer, grower and creator behind Luna & Bloom.
I’ve always had this deep desire to create a slower, more connected way of living — growing things, making things, learning practical skills and building a life that feels like ours.
And somewhere along the way, flowers became a really big part of that dream.
What started with a handful of seeds has slowly grown into a little flower farm, a design studio and now a place where I get to share what I’ve learnt with you.
How it all began
When we first started this journey, our dream was to become as self-sufficient as possible.
We grew vegetables, planted fruit trees, kept chickens, started keeping bees and experimented with all sorts of things.
I wanted to learn how to do things with my own hands.
But over the years, that dream has evolved.
We realised that we don’t need to do everything ourselves. Community matters. People matter. Sharing knowledge matters.
And that realisation has shaped what Luna & Bloom is becoming.
The flower farm
Today, flowers are at the heart of what I do.
I grow seasonal flowers here on our property, from seed and corm to bloom, working with the seasons and learning as I go.
There are successes, failures, pests, weather, muddy boots, early mornings and plenty of moments where things don’t quite go to plan.
But that’s the beauty of growing.
Every season teaches me something new.
I grow pesticide-free blooms, choosing to work with the garden and the seasons in a way that feels right for us.
When the flowers are ready, I harvest them by hand and turn them into seasonal bouquets and arrangements.
Grown here. Picked fresh. Created by hand.
